WARRANTY INFORMATION

National Warranty

Subject to the following terms and conditions, this warranty will be honoured at all LEAKPRO locations throughout Canada and the United States of America.

Once the invoice has been paid in full, LEAKPRO, its affiliates and franchisees warrant that the products used in the repair are free from defects in material and that the workmanship is warranted for the period stated on the front of the invoice. If not stated, it is implied there is a one year warranty. However, LEAKPRO, neither its affiliates nor its franchisees shall be liable for any damages or defects caused by:

• Improper use, negligence, alteration, rust, accident, incident or road hazard.
• Inadequate repair attempted by, or removal of roof systems, preformed by the consumer or any third party.
• Use of the vehicle for competitive or off road purposes.

Where the repair fails due to defects in material or workmanship during normal usage, during the warranty period specified on the front of the invoice, LEAKPRO, its affiliates, or its franchisees, shall repair the leak or replace the defective part without charge. If LEAKPRO, its affiliates, or its franchisees, is unable to make the repair, LEAKPRO, its affiliates, or its franchisees, will refund the original price of the repair.

To obtain warranty repair, you must take your vehicle to the location where it was repaired, together with a copy of the original LEAKPRO or Dealership Invoice as proof of purchase.

NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE GRANTED FOR ANY WORK OR REPAIRS DONE BY THE CONSUMER OR ANY THIRD PARTIES.

LEAKPRO warranties apply only to complete and proper repair. WARRANTIES MAY BE REDUCED OR WITHDRAWN WHEN CONSUMERS ELECT INCOMPLETE OR IMPROPER REPAIR (such as resealing a poorly or improperly installed windshield or rust or improper body repair.) Such details will be noted on the front of the invoice. ALL SEALANT WARRANTIES EXCLUDE SITUATIONS WHERE LEAKS ARE CAUSED BY RUSTED METAL AND / OR BODY DETERIORATION. IN NO EVENT SHALL LEAKPRO, ITS AFFILIATES OR ITS FRANCISEES BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states and provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from province to province and state to state.

To the extent permitted by law, LEAKPRO’s warranty is non-transferable and becomes null and void upon change in ownership of the vehicle repaired.
